Jeff Oestreich is a full-time studio potter, receiving his  Bachelor of Arts degree from Bemidji State University and the University of Minnesota. He followed his formal educational with an apprenticeship at the Leach Pottery in St. Ives, England from 1969-1971.  Throughout the 1980’s he taught at various universities in America and has since returned to full-time work in his studio near Taylors Falls , Minnesota where he has lived for the past 35 years. He continues to exhibit and teach short-term classes here and abroad.
